Responsible use
Hosts must use polls for legitimate organizational reflection, protect their admin passkey, and avoid spam, manipulation, or collection of sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Paid plans
Paid live-poll capacity and editing plans are billed through Paystack at fixed published rates: Standard is ₦2,500 in Nigeria or $5 internationally; Power is ₦10,000 in Nigeria or $20 internationally. Regional pricing is automatic. Paystack charges NGN: international Standard settles at ₦7,000 and Power at ₦28,000.
Retention
Retention schedules are part of the service: unpaid polls are deleted after 7 days, raw responses after 30 days for paid polls, and aggregate paid poll records after 90 days.
